TEDxNatick Volunteer Update
Thank you to those of you who have expressed an interest in volunteering at TEDxNatick - January 21, 2017. We're using SignUp.com to organize the volunteer tasks for our upcoming TEDxNatick event. Here's how it works in 3 easy steps: 1) Click here for our SignUp on SignUp.com 2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like. 3) Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com. Note: SignUp.com does not share your email address with anyone. Each volunteer will have an opportunity to see part of the event as there will be (50) seats set aside for volunteers. Even if you have completed your volunteer job prior to the event, you will only be able to see a portion of the event live in the auditorium, as those (50) auditorium volunteer seats will be shared amongst approximately (100) volunteers. The event will also be live-streamed at various locations in the building. All volunteers will be required to attend a mandatory meeting on Friday, January 20th @6:00 pm at the high school. At this time you will receive your t-shirt and meet with your team leader to go over your assignment.
